Terms and Conditions - Germaniatec UK Ltd.
By purchasing you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. You will
enter into a legally binding contract to purchase this item from Germaniatec UK
Ltd.
You are accepting our terms and conditions and are responsible for reading the
full item listing, including the instructions and accepted payment methods
listed.
Important Information
The quantity of items shown as available is accurate at the start time of the
listing, however as all our items are available through other outlets there may
be occasions where items have sold out before we have the chance to end the
listing, should this occur we will notify you immediately of an estimated
delivery time or offer you a full refund.
1. All the payments must be received within 7 days after
the action ends. If the payments failed to be made after 7 days, we would report
to eBay immediately and a negative feedback would be given at the same time. 25%
non-refundable deposit can be accepted in certain circumstance in order for us
to hold any parts for an agreed period; however final payment must be made
before the previously agreed deadline. If the final payment is not made on time,
we have the right to sell the previously reserved parts to any other potential
buyers and keep the 25% deposit as a penalty charge.
2. All Cheques would take up to 5 working days to be
cleared. Item(s) would only be posted or collected after the payment has been
done.
3. Body kit is not directly to bolt on; necessary
modifications may be required when fitting. Professional body shops are highly
recommended. Any damage has been made on the item(s) due to incorrectly fitting,
parts would be considered as un-refundable one(s).
4. We DO NOT take any responsibilities for damage or lost
during the process of delivery although it is chanceless. We strongly recommend
that you should fully check the item before sign either Receiving Slip which
will be provided by Courier Company or our Local Collection Form. If you find
any damage, please DO NOT sign.
5. All parts would be dispatched when the payments have
cleared; it approximately takes 5-7 working days for you to receive the item(s).
Non-receivers should contact us if the delivery delays.
6. We accept return for incorrect and un-fit item(s).
Please inform us as soon as possible if you think we have send out a wrong part.
We will ARRANGE and PAY for a third party collection service.
With the installation of parts to your car by yourself we do not take any
accountability. We accept only a refund, if we get evidences of
un-fitment from professional body shops, e.g. photos, paperwork. This should be
submitted before you take any further action.
However, no refund would be given before we safely receive the returned parts
and check that no damage has been made to the parts. (For all damage made during
shipping process, please refer to the 4th Section) Please NOTICE returned part(s)
has to be in its original condition (no damage , no modification, no Drill, no
Painting and etc.)
7. We do not take responsibilities for any inappropriate or illegal use of our
product(s). Please inform your own Insurance Company and other related
authorities.
8. Buyers from Non-EU countries are liable for any necessary VAT or TAX when our
products enter into your country. Please make sure you are eligible to buy from
abroad and the products you are buying are legally to be used in your country.
